What this is

A "sweet" way to get to know your project team with using candy and Management By Walking Around. The guideline is sort of a "cookbook" approach to a case study process.

Why it's useful

Teams are always under stress and pressure. Sometimes, a small reward or recognition goes a long way to relieve the stress and pressure. We hear "I'm not appreciated or recognized" all the time from team members. Sometimes, it's little things that mean the most. And the project manager gets to see what's going on, meet the new team members, and let the team know him or her a little better.
