This phase also includes a process improvement deliverable on Lessons Learned. By including these activities as part of the documented process, there is a higher likelihood they will go successfully.
This phase formally moves the software release from the product development organizations into operations (or manufacturing).
How to use it
This is a short phase with mostly clean up and close out activities. Review the deliverables and modify them as appropriate for your company.
