Portfolio management is more than rounding up the masses (of projects) and paying lip service to a PMO bureaucracy. In this presentation, Dave Davis from AT&T gives his take on how portfolio management success maps to a company's PM maturity. Just how good do you need to be? Includes important process characteristics to consider and a case study from his own implementation experience.
