Scored and Ranked Project List
Summary: Another format for creating a ranked project list to aid in the process of project prioritization for project selection and resource allocation. This template is similar to the Strategic Project Selection worksheet but provides a different format and some additional fields.
This template will help you:
- Define the important business drivers that give your projects a reason to be.
- Identify important projects by mapping each project to one or more of the business drivers, and scoring the projects according to how much they contribute to those business goals.
